Project summary:
Randy Rexroat served as principal broker for the acquisition of this approximately 4.42 acre site, and led the effort to re-zone the property in concert with the adjacent homeowners association and the city of Mansfield. In addition, Rexroat Building Services provided conceptual estimating and value engineering as general contractor for the proposed construction, and serves as a General Partner for the project.
