Randy Rexroat, President, Rexroat Building ServicesRandy Rexroat, President of Rexroat Building Services, LLC, draws on over three decades of experience as a veteran of the commercial real estate and construction industry. Randy has held ownership and executive management positions with companies offering services in real estate development, construction, brokerage, consulting, and real estate finance. He has worked on projects of all types and sizes that have included Class A office, value office, corporate office, retail, warehouse, manufacturing, hospitality/hotels, multi-family, hospitals, K-12 schools, university/college, and detention facilities.

During his career, Randy has worked on the development and construction of several noteworthy projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin/Central Texas and Coastal Bend areas in Texas. Early in his career, Randy worked internationally on an approximately $150 million project in Saudi Arabia. He has also worked on several consulting assignments providing advisory services to various financial institutions.

Randy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.E.S degree in Architectural Engineering. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
