Project summary:
Randy Rexroat provided brokerage services for the acquisition of the land for this (approximately) 24,000 sf neighborhood retail center and associated pad site, and serves as a General Partner for the development of the retail center. In addition, Rexroat Building Services provided construction services as the general contractor for the project.
